DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Customer Service / Sales Support Rep, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries while supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations. This role blends administrative duties, phone/email support, and CRM management. You’ll process new account info, handle registration/cancellation requests, and respond to warranty coverage questions with professionalism and care. This is an in-office role reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with a tight-knit department of 3 team members and a broader office of ~15 people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
  • Process warranty registrations, cancellations, and verifications
  • Review and input new dealer account information into the CRM
  • Provide daily support to field sales reps
  • Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Learn program terms and conditions to resolve coverage questions confidently
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of customer service or warranty/insurance call center experience preferred
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Strong phone, email, and organizational skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with auto-related products (tires, warranties, paint protectants) is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
